Return Policy
The Living Wheel accepts returns on unused and unopened items in their original condition returned within fourteen days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at info@thelivingwheel.com, and be sure to include your order number in the email. 

Exchanges
We are not able to offer exchanges at this time, though you may return unopened items in their original condition and place a new order.

Can I return The Living Wheel items that were bought through another website or store?
No, please contact the store from which you purchased The Living Wheel products.

 

Order Refund Timeframe 

How long will my refund/exchange take?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. For any questions, please contact customer service at info@thelivingwheel.com.

 

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order completely please send an email to info@thelivingwheel.com and we will try our best to cancel before it ships. If the order has already been processed and shipped, then we cannot cancel it. The sooner you contact us the better.
